A WEEKEND IN IRELAND | PLAN

‘Kas sul on see kuupäev vaba?’
‘Jah’
‘Dublin 40€ eest edasi ja tagasi, oled käpp?’
‘Jah’

… ning piletid olid ostetud…
Nali naljakas, ma tegelikult ajasin Islandi ja Iirimaa enda mõttemaailmas sassis ning esimene mõte peas oli see imeline Islandi loodus, mida ma saan viimaks näha… kuni ma avastasin kuhu ma tegelikult lähen. 😀 See juhtus siis peale piletite ostmist, mistõttu sihiks sai reisida Dublinist välja.

The decision why we went to Dublin, it can unexpectedly.

‘Is that date free for you?’
‘Yes’
‘Dublin there and back for 40€, are you in?’
‘Yes’

And next moment we had tickets.
Funny fact. I actually mixed Ireland and Iceland in my mind, so after buying the tickets, I though I will go to Ireland and see that amazing nature. Well, soon enough I realized where I’m going actually, which is why we decided to travel outside of Dublin.

FRIDAY – Dublin/Galway

During first day we had a little round trip in Dublin and first impression – HOW MANY CAFES THEY HAVE? No kidding (.. or not.. 😀 ). Anyways, Dublin is colorful city and actually I though it’s a little bigger and well, cleaner. I think when I’m 60+ then I may go back there, as it is quiet chill place.

On Friday we also drove to Galway by bus, which was 10€ and two hours. Galway – well that city looks like real Ireland.

SATURDAY – Connemara

On Saturday morning we took a bus to Connemara National park, which actually was my life’s first hike on the mountain. A day before we bought a lot of food and were fully prepared to eat cookies on the way. There and back bus ticket was 17€ and if you will have as sunny day as we had, man.. you are lucky! Ah yeah, the hike is around 7 kilometers long.

Of course one of our goals during the trip was to see the sheeps and here you go, a little proof of it. 😀

SUNDAY – Dublin (flight back)

Ausalt?

Honestly? We even paid more to the bus driver to get straightly to the airport. Basically our Sunday was in a way ‘waste’, which is why I hate flights during 12:00-18:00 – you just travel then 😀 . Basically we had two full days for that trip, which is why I recommend to take later flight on Sunday, then you still can have a little journey in Dublin before the airport.
